About Circle C Farm
Welcome to Circle C Farm!
We are Jim and Nicki Coy, proud owners and operators of our family farm in Carroll County, Ohio. Together with our three wonderful children—Lillian, Emma, and Noah—we pour our hearts into this land that we call home.
Our family is deeply rooted in faith, which guides everything we do. We are committed to sustainable farming practices and making choices that prioritize the health of our animals, the soil, and the environment. At the core of our operation is a cow/calf pair cattle system, where we raise high-quality beef with care and attention to best practices. We also occasionally raise meat chickens and hogs, bringing fresh, responsibly produced food to our community.
We are heavily invested in our local community through the Carroll County Farm Bureau, where we have both served as board members for multiple terms. Jim served as president for the previous term, and Nicki is the current board president—roles we take seriously as we advocate for agriculture, farmers, and strong rural communities.
Off the farm, Nicki serves as a dedicated high school science teacher and is actively involved in the FFA program, inspiring the next generation of leaders and agricultural stewards. Jim brings years of expertise in animal and pet nutrition, lawn and garden care, and agricultural fertilizers and chemicals—knowledge he now applies in his role at the local hardware store, while still pouring his passion into our farm.
